First Class
Our first-class will be making one-part plaster molds. A one-part mold can be made from something with a flat back and no undercuts, such as a tile.
I will be providing objects for the first class but if you want to bring your own, feel free!
I have small relief tiles, cups, and other little objects available to choose from.
If you are a member of the studio, you can make a clay object before class to make a mold from.
Leather hard is the best state for making a mold from a greenware clay object.
Feel free to email me if you want me to OK your object of choice for one part molds before the first class.
