USE AND CARE
Gentle hand washing is recommended for all pieces. All functional ware is food, dishwasher, and microwave safe with the exception of pieces that include metallic glazes or lusters. Pieces with metallic glazes or lusters should not be used in the microwave. Items that are not microwave safe will be noted in the individual product listing. Each item is handcrafted and therefore distinctions and variations can occur in glaze color, clay body color, texture, and finish. 

SHIPPING
A $10 shipping fee is applied at checkout to every purchase. Any replacement shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, with the exception of damaged or defective objects.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery is available for Detroit and South East Michigan customers. We can personally drop off your package to save time and shipping costs. Before choosing local delivery at checkout, please send us an email at LLCRMX@gmail.com to verify your delivery location and to schedule a delivery time. Local deliveries are only available on weekends.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Please allow 6-8 weeks turnaround time for custom orders. 

RETURNS
Returns will not be accepted for any orders at this time unless the item is received damaged. Should a package be returned due to an incorrect address as entered by the customer or refused by the recipient, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges incurred for a second attempted delivery. Sale items and custom orders are all final sales.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges will not be accepted for any orders at this time.

DAMAGED OBJECTS
Should a purchase arrive damaged, please email a photo to LLCRMX@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the package. We are happy to send a replacement and will ask that you assist in any shipping insurance claim requests. 

Due to the delicate nature of ceramics, we can not replace broken wares after daily use. Please handle with care!

DEFECTIVE OBJECTS
We do our best to ensure the quality of all our objects. If you’ve received flawed or defective objects, we will send a replacement item and cover the shipping costs or issue a store credit. Please email a photo of the object to LLCRMX@gmail.com so we can begin the replacement.
